ABOUT
PAZAR Food Collective was established in 2012 as a converted warehouse pop-up space called La Lupita. Chef and founder, Attila, showcased his North Mexican-inspired taqueria and food truck Al Carbón. The venue quickly gained popularity, leading to its transformation in May 2013 into a casual dining space. PAZAR embodies the food memories and sharing experiences of Attila and his team, drawing inspiration from their childhood and travels across the Middle East, Mediterranean, Asia, Mexico, and beyond. The essence of PAZAR lies in the communal dining experiences that have shaped their happiest memories and strongest friendships.
