ABOUT

Thank you for choosing PAZAR Food Collective for your group booking. PAZAR is located at the Cooks River end of Canterbury road a 10-minute walk and 400 meters west of Canterbury Train Station in the Inner West Suburb of Sydney.

The restaurant offers a relaxed and casual vibe with eclectic menu influenced from our travels abroad from Mexico, to the Middle-, Turkey, Europe, Asia and beyond.

COLLECTIVE FEAST - SET MENU

All Groups of 7 or more guests MUST partake in the Collective Feast. You will experience the most popular of our dishes to share selected by the kitchen. The dishes will include our signature hot & cold meze and our acclaimed wood smoked and roasted meats. Please select the Feast of your choice from the adjacent booking form. The dishes within the Collective Feast are subject to change without notice due to seasonality and availability.  We can cater to full vegetarian and gluten intolerant guests and most other dietary requirements with adequate notice.

LARGE GROUP BOOKINGS

A LARGE group booking is a reservation for 7 guests or more. A 10% SERVICE CHARGE WILL BE APPLIED TO THE END TOTAL OF THE BILL FOR LARGE GROUPS OF 7 OR MORE GUESTS.

The guest count MUST include children and infants occupying a seat or requiring a high chair.

DIETARY REQUIREMENTS.

In General we can accomodate most regular dietary requirements with notice. Please specify in the requests and we will do our utmost to assist. Most of the menu is gluten free and dairy can be omitted in most instances. In general 90% of the menu is Vegetarian and all our meats a Halal.

24 OR MORE GUESTS

Semi-exclusive or full exclusive use of an area of the restaurant may be required. Please complete the booking form and our reservations team will contact you and address your needs specifically.

DINING AREAS

PAZAR consists of two main dining areas. The inside front dining room can seat groups of up to 6 guests at one table. The covered alfresco patioarea caters for larger groups. The area is heated in the winter and cooled in the summer with micro misting fans. The alfresco area is most popular for larger groups and where possible enables us to join tables or create specific semi-exclusive dining areas dependent on the size of your . 

SEATING REQUESTS AND TABLE ALLOCATIONS

PAZAR offers 2 sitting times on FRIDAY & SATURDAY NIGHTS. Please select your sitting time paying close attention to the depart time. Where possible we will always attempt to extend your visit with us. Seating time extensions are dependent on reservations already on hand and logistical requirements. Please notify us in the ‘SPECIAL REQUESTS’ section at the time of booking.

 ARRIVALS

Friday and Saturday Seating times are strict so we kindly request your party arrive on time. . If you are delayed by more than 15 minutes we request to be notified. Reservations are allocated so as to serve you promptly and in a manner so that you may enjoy the experience. If you are late this may result in a delay in your food service.

 BOOKING CONFIRMATION

You will receive confirmation in writing from us via email when we process your request. Bookings are subject to availability and we will do our utmost to accommodate your requested time.

 CANCELLATIONS, NON ATTENDANCE, GUESTS ABSENT.

All cancellations must be made in writing to PAZAR Food Collective to eat@pazar.com.au . Cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice or group bookings with absent guests on the night MAY result in a $50 per person fee being charged to your credit card at the discretion of PAZAR Food Collective management.

 CANCELLATIONS LARGE GROUPS 12+ GUESTS AND EXCLUSIVE USE PRIVATE FUNCTIONS .

All cancellations must be made in writing to PAZAR Food Collective by TEXT (0411 727 874) email to  eat@pazar.com.au or via post .Full Cancellation of your booking made with less than 7 days notice MAY result in a $50 per person fee being charged to your credit card at the discretion of PAZAR Food Collective. In the instance where a deposit has been paid PAZAR reserves the right with discretion to retain 50% of the deposit if cancelled under 14 days notice.

FINAL GUEST NUMBERS & DIETARY REQUIREMENTS

We require final guest numbers and dietary requirements 5 days prior to the booking. A significant reduction in guest numbers with less than 48 hours notice or non attendance of guests may incur a $50 per person fee being charged to your credit card at the discretion of PAZAR management.

CHILDREN

For the purpose of the COLLECTIVE FEAST we classify a child as being between the ages of 5 and 12 years. Children 13 years and older are not subject to the CHILDREN’S Collective Menu. Infants and toddlers will not be charged but must be included in the guest count. 

If you require a high chair we request that you so specify as high chairs are limited. We love your children, but not as much as you do. Due to safety concerns and the comfort of other guests children must remain seated at all times and are not permitted to roam around the restaurant unless accompanied by an adult. Non-compliance may result in guest being asked to leave.

BEVERAGES

PAZAR is fully licensed. NO BYO. All beverages will be charged on consumption. PAZAR Food Collective is committed to the Responsible Service of Alcohol. Intoxicated guests will not be served. It is a requirement by law that intoxicated persons not be served alcohol and removed from licensed premises.

CAKES

Cakes are only permitted for ‘EXCLUSIVE’ private functions and must be supplied by a reputable and registered caterer. PAZAR offers a selection of desserts that we can add sparklers and candles to make your celebration special. We do not allow cakes or any other food or beverage to be brought onto the premises due to health and safety precautions.

PARKING

Parking is available in Gould Street Car Park . If Parking opposite PAZAR adjacent streets we suggest a short walk down to the traffic lights at the intersection of Wonga Street where we recommend the use of the pedestrian crossing.
